Kalrez® W240UP FFKM Material Data Sheet

Kalrez® W240UP is a premium perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound developed specifically for semiconductor wet processing applications where ultra-high purity, outstanding chemical resistance, and long-term sealing reliability are essential. Designed for exposure to aggressive acids, bases, and wet process chemistries, Kalrez® W240UP helps improve process reliability while minimizing the risk of contamination in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

Built on DuPont’s extensive FFKM expertise, Kalrez® W240UP provides exceptional resistance to wet chemistries while maintaining excellent compression set resistance, mechanical strength, and very low metal extractables. These properties help extend equipment service life, increase mean time between repairs (MTBR), and support today’s demanding semiconductor fabrication processes. The compound is recommended for continuous service temperatures up to 230°C (446°F)
