Kalrez® OG193 is a premium 95-durometer perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound engineered specifically for demanding oil and gas applications where rapid gas decompression (RGD) resistance, broad chemical compatibility, and long-term sealing reliability are essential. Developed for both upstream and downstream operations, Kalrez® OG193 combines outstanding chemical resistance with excellent low-temperature flexibility and thermal stability to help maximize equipment reliability in harsh operating environments.

Designed to perform under high-pressure conditions, Kalrez® OG193 achieves a 0000 Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD) rating under ISO 23936-2 testing, demonstrating exceptional resistance to blistering and cracking during rapid pressure changes. It also performs well in sour service environments containing hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), making it an ideal sealing solution for critical oilfield equipment.
