Kalrez® 8900 FFKM Material Data Sheet

Kalrez® 8900 is a premium perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound developed for semiconductor thermal processing applications that require exceptional thermal stability, very low outgassing, and long-lasting sealing performance. Engineered for oxidation, diffusion, atomic layer deposition (ALD), and low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) processes, Kalrez® 8900 helps maintain reliable sealing in high-temperature environments while minimizing contamination.

Designed for advanced semiconductor manufacturing, Kalrez® 8900 retains its physical properties at elevated temperatures and provides excellent mechanical strength for both static and dynamic sealing applications. Each part undergoes ultrapure post-cleaning and packaging to support contamination-sensitive fabrication processes and improve equipment reliability. Maximum continuous service temperatures up to 325°C (617°F) make Kalrez® 8900 an excellent choice for demanding thermal process equipment.
