Kalrez® 8575 FFKM Material Data Sheet

Kalrez® 8575 is a high-purity white perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound engineered for semiconductor thermal processing applications where exceptional thermal stability, low outgassing, and long-term sealing performance are critical. Designed for oxidation, diffusion, rapid thermal processing (RTP), and lamp anneal applications, Kalrez® 8575 helps improve process reliability while minimizing contamination in demanding semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Its white formulation reduces infrared (IR) absorption, helping lower seal temperatures during thermal processing while maintaining excellent elastic recovery and compression set resistance. Kalrez® 8575 also features ultra-low outgassing and is supplied with ultrapure cleaning and packaging, making it an excellent choice for contamination-sensitive semiconductor processes. A maximum continuous service temperature of 300°C (572°F) is recommended.
