Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7375 FFKM Material Data Sheet

Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7375 is a high-performance perfluoroelastomer, or FFKM, compound developed for chemical processing applications that require broad chemical resistance along with dependable performance in hot water and steam. Its patented crosslinking system helps the material retain its sealing properties when exposed to aggressive chemicals, aqueous process streams and elevated operating temperatures.

Kalrez® 7375 offers excellent compression set resistance, strong mechanical properties and outstanding retention of its physical characteristics after prolonged exposure to demanding process conditions. These capabilities make it particularly valuable in applications where chemical exposure is combined with hot water, steam or repeated temperature cycling. A maximum service temperature of 300°C, or 572°F, is suggested, although actual performance depends on the seal design and operating environment.
