Kalrez® 0090 FFKM Material Data Sheet

Kalrez® 0090 is a high-performance perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound engineered for demanding oil and gas applications where rapid gas decompression (RGD) resistance, exceptional chemical compatibility, and high-pressure sealing performance are critical. Designed for harsh service environments, Kalrez® 0090 provides outstanding reliability in aggressive process streams while helping reduce maintenance and unplanned downtime.

With broad chemical resistance, high hardness, and excellent extrusion resistance, Kalrez® 0090 is well suited for valves, pumps, compressors, downhole equipment, and other sealing applications exposed to sour gas, hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), and elevated temperatures. The compound has also demonstrated industry-leading rapid gas decompression performance in independent testing.
