Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7390 FFKM Material Data Sheet

Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7390 is a versatile 90-durometer perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound engineered for demanding sealing applications requiring exceptional mechanical strength, broad chemical resistance, and dependable performance in hot water and steam. Its proprietary crosslinking technology provides excellent compression set resistance and long-term sealing reliability in aggressive industrial environments.

Designed for applications where higher hardness and extrusion resistance are required, Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7390 performs exceptionally well in chemical processing, upstream and downstream oil & gas, steam-assisted operations, and high-pressure sealing applications. The compound remains thermally stable at temperatures up to 300°C (572°F) while maintaining outstanding physical properties and chemical compatibility.
