Typical Properties of Industrial Grade Fluoroelastomer Gasket Material

Description: Industrial Grade Fluoroelastomer is a cost effective high performance gasket material that has good chemical and oil resistances, and is designed for demanding gasketing applications that can be exposed to extreme temperatures as low as -20°F (-28°C) to as high as 350°F (176°C). Indusrial Grade Fluoroelastomer is a combination of Fluoroelastomer polymer and polyacrylates and performs well in severe gasket and sealing applications.

Industrial Grade Fluoroelastomer gasket material is available in standard thickness of 1/16″, 3/32″ 1/8″, 3/16″ and ¼” in rolls 36″ and 48″ wide with other thickness and roll widths quoted upon request. This gasket material can be supplied with or without an adhesive backing and can be die-cut or waterjet cut to your exact requirements. Industrial Grade Fluoroelastomer is manufactured black in color and can be supplied slit to rolls as narrow as ¼” up to 48″ wide.
