Typical Properties of Commercial Grade Fluoroelastomer Gasket Material

Description: Commercial Grade Fluoroelastomer is a commercial grade high performance gasket material that has excellent chemical and oil resistance, and is designed for demanding gasketing applications that can be exposed to extreme temperatures as low as -20°F (-28°C) to as high as 400°F (204°C). Commercial Grade Fluoroelastomer is manufactured using 100% fluoroelastomer polymer. This material meets the Viton “A” requirements of 66% Fluorine and is an exceptional material for severe gasket and sealing applications.

Commercial Grade Fluoroelastomer gasket material is available in standard thickness of 1/16″, 3/32″ 1/8″, 3/16″ and ¼” in rolls 36″ and 48″ wide with other thickness and roll widths quoted upon request. This gasket material can be supplied with or without an adhesive backing and can be die-cut or waterjet cut to your exact requirements. Commercial Grade Fluoroelastomer is manufactured black in color and can be supplied slit to rolls as narrow as ¼” up to 48″ wide.
