Typical Properties of 90 Durometer Premium Grade Nitrile
Description: 90 durometer premium grade nitrile gasket material designed for gasket applications that require a solid rubber material that provides maximum oil resistance. Premium grade nitrile is formulated to meet the ASTM D 2000 M1BG 910 specification. Also known as Buna-N, 90 durometer premium grade nitrile offers users a longer service life in demanding applications than other grades of nitrile. 90 durometer premium grade nitrile provides users with an operating temperature of -30°F to +220°F.
M&P Sealing’s premium grade nitrile is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 40 Durometer to as hard as 90 Durometer with standard durometers in between. Style AG90NBRPG is available in the color black and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin a 1/32″ to as thick as 3/16″, with custom thicknesses available upon request. 90 durometer premium grade nitrile has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48″ in width. Additional widths are available upon request. M&P Sealing has the ability to fabricate 90 durometer premium grade nitrile by die-cutting or waterjet cutting and can provide technical assistance from the design stage through the production phase.
