65 Durometer FDA Grade Nitrile Gaskets

Typical Properties of Style White 65 Durometer FDA Grade Nitrile

Description: 65 durometer FDA grade nitrile gasket material used primarily in both food and pharmaceutical environments. 65 durometer FDA grade nitrile is a non-toxic, non-marking, and non-allergenic material, which has an operating temperature of -30°F to +220°F. 65 durometer FDA grade nitrile exhibits good abrasion resistance and handles both oily and greasy food products. 65 durometer FDA grade nitrile is formulated with FDA approved ingredients per 21 CFR 177.2600 and meets the ASTM D 2000 M1BG 707 Z1 Z2 Z3 specification.

M&P Sealing’s FDA grade nitrile is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 45 Durometer to as hard as 80 Durometer with standard durometers in between. 65 durometer FDA grade nitrile is available in the color white and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin a 1/32″ to as thick as 1/2″, with custom thicknesses available upon request. 65 durometer FDA grade nitrile has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48″ in width. Additional widths are available upon request. M&P Sealing has the ability to fabricate 65 durometer FDA grade nitrile by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your prototype and production requirements.
