Die Cutting Services
M&P Sealing Inc. specializes in precision die-cutting services, transforming a wide variety of materials into predefined shapes of various styles and sizes that result in custom die cut parts and components ready for assembly.
A leading custom die cutting manufacturer, M&P Sealing Inc, has been defining excellence in custom die cutting and fabrication since 1998 and is committed to providing its customers with the highest quality products and customer service in the industry. We use a variety of tools to die cut parts from cork, foam, adhesive, rubber, felt, sponge, cellulose fibers, vegetable fibers, plastics, paper, and more. Through the use of our high-speed rotary die cutting presses, we can produce extended runs of finished product while lowering production costs and meeting delivery requirements. With a variety of presses, we can run specialized orders as well as longer runs.
Do you want to increase the speed in your final assembly process?
If so, depending on the die cutting process utilized, parts can be supplied in individual pieces, individual pieces with a “kiss-cut” tab, individual pieces with an extended linear, or “kiss-cut” on rolls with the web (scrap) removed. With these custom die cutting services, parts can be automatically dispensed and placed on the finished part during the final assembly process, which helps reduce the overall cost of the final unit.
Does your application require part identification?
If so, for a minimum one-time setup charge, our precision die cutting presses, particularly rotary die cutters, have the ability to print your logo or identification information in two colors. This process adds very little to the overall piece price since printing and cutting are done simultaneously, but can add great value to our customers by distinguishing their products from that of their competitors.
Do you need a part that necessitates a complex design?
If so, M&P Sealing Inc. produces custom die-cut parts that can be supplied as small as 1/16” dia. up to 36” square and any size or shape in between. In addition, we can supply parts with internal cutouts such as round holes, oval slots, rectangular/square cutouts, or any shape imaginable. Regardless of the design, we have the die cutting equipment and skill it takes to turn your ideas into reality.
