Typical Properties of 90 Durometer High-Grade Neoprene
Description: 90 durometer high-grade neoprene designed for use in gasket applications that require a solid neoprene material with high tensile strength. Known by the chemical name chloroprene, 90 durometer high-grade neoprene is made from 100% neoprene and is suited for rigorous applications while giving users a gasket material with excellent weathering and ozone resistance. With a service temperature of -30°F to +220°F, 90 durometer high-grade neoprene provides resilience in both cold and hot temperatures. 90 durometer high-grade neoprene offers good resistance to oil and petroleum base solvents and excellent resistance to dilute acids. 90 durometer high-grade neoprene is formulated to meet the ASTM D2000 M1BC 907 specification.
M&P Sealing’s high-grade neoprene is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 30 Durometer to as hard as 90 Durometer with standard durometers in between. 90 durometer high-grade neoprene is available in the color black and can be manufactured in a wide range of standard thicknesses, ranging from as thin a 1/32″ to as thick as 1/4″, with custom thicknesses available upon request. 90 durometer high-grade neoprene has a smooth finish and can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4 wide up to 48″ in width. Send in a drawing, and let M&P Sealing die-cut or waterjet cut 90 durometer high-grade neoprene to meet your exact design and production requirements.
