Typical Properties of 50 Durometer Extreme Low-Temperature Grade Silicone
Description: 50 durometer extreme low-temperature silicone designed for use in gasket applications where the material will be exposed to lower temperatures. 50 durometer extreme low-temperature silicone has an operating temperature of -130°F to +450°F. In addition to taking a low compression set, 50 durometer extreme low-temperature silicone contains many high strength properties, such as high tensile strength. 50 durometer extreme low-temperature silicone is a non-toxic and chemically inert silicone material, which provides users with UV and ozone resistance. 50 durometer extreme low-temperature silicone is formulated to meet the physical requirements of ZZ-R-765 Class 3A Grade 50.
M&P Sealing’s extreme low-temperature silicone gasket material is available in 50 Durometer. 50 durometer extreme low-temperature silicone can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4″ wide, up to 36″ in width. M&P Sealing can supply Style AG50ELT without adhesive or with either our standard acrylic adhesive or our high-temperature acrylic adhesive. 50 durometer extreme low-temperature silicone can be produced to a wide range of thicknesses. Please contact M&P Sealing to discuss your application requiring 50 durometer extreme low-temperature silicone, as this material is made to order only. M&P Sealing has the ability to die-cut or waterjet cut 50 durometer extreme low-temperature silicone to meet your exact requirements.
